Will Dancing with the Stars Top Itself with New Cast Member Lindsay Lohan?

It would take a lot to outdo this season of Dancing with the Stars, which packed all the angst of a glitter-tinged midterm election. But a new report suggests that Lindsay Lohan, the actress whose name is unfortunately almost an anagram of “Linda Lovelace,” may be in the running to field screams and whoops from Bruno Tonioli on season twelve of DWTS. Chilling? Kind of. Thrillingly ridiculous? Bien sur!

According to RadarOnline, the beleaguered actress is a dream get for the show’s producers.

“Dancing with the Stars producers have had Lindsay on their wish list of castmates for a very long time,” a source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com. When asked about the news, a rep for the show said they do not comment on casting.

Well, that’s 1/12 of the best cast ever. Just throw in Joan Rivers, Oksana Grigorieva, Peter O’Toole, Malia Obama, Mickey Rourke, Luise Rainer, Cheetara, Conan O’Brien, Janice Dickinson, JWOWW, and Master P (again), and then we can start jiving in midair.
